Privacy policy

Thrill Wave LLC ("Thrill Wave", "we", "us") runs thrillwave.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email, call, text or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, company and project details.
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, scope and deliver projects, send invoices, and improve the site. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Embedded services

Some pages include content from other services: videos from Vimeo and YouTube, a Google map, and a Calendly booking calendar. These load from their own servers and follow their own privacy policies. We use privacy-friendly settings where they're offered, such as Vimeo's "do not track" option and YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

How long we keep it

We keep project and client correspondence for as long as it's needed for the work and for our business and tax records, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
