Industries Government & Public Affairs

Public affairs video. Public work, explained plainly.

We make civic, public health and policy films for public agencies and the organizations that work alongside them.

How we think about it

Trust is earned, not announced.

Public work only matters if people understand it and show up for it. With the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, we made Your Voice, Your Power, a 10-part docuseries on tribal voting, and vaccine education for its Tribal Epidemiology Center. We also made Protect Our Land for Paradise Valley Mountain Preserve Trust.

Here's the short version:

  1. 01

    Who we work with

We work with public agencies, tribal governments and the organizations that work alongside them.

  2. 02

    How we help

We do the research first, check every fact with your team and let community voices carry the message.

  3. 03

    What we make

We make civic engagement films, public health education, PSAs and docuseries.

  4. 04

    Where it plays

The films play at community events, in clinics, in briefings, on local media and across social.

People have heard plenty of official messages, so our SITREP research looks for what they already believe, and why, before we plan anything. Then we let community members, health leaders and local voices explain it in their own words, with no outside narrator talking down to anyone. We check every fact with your team, keep the language plain and make the next step clear: register, get the shot or come to the meeting. Here's some of that work:

Questions

What people usually ask us.

Here are the two questions we hear most often, with our answers:

Have you made civic engagement films?

Yes. Your Voice, Your Power is a 10-part docuseries we made with ITCA Native Vote about tribal voting, told by tribal leaders and voters themselves.

How do you handle public health topics like vaccines?

Carefully, and research first. For ITCA's Tribal Epidemiology Center, our research showed standard messaging had backfired, so we filmed tribal health leaders and community members explaining vaccines in their own words.
